The Taggiasca olive hails from Liguria (Genoa) Italy and is known for its fruity and delicate nature. This California grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes to us from an Award Winning producer. It is mild to medium EVOO with a hint of almond and a pleasant, fresh aroma, with a light, smooth, buttery flavor profile that lends itself to unlimited recipes. Its low acidity and mild polyphenols translate to a superbly mild yet flavorful finish.
