    Love all but this One

    I am a huge fan of the Olive Tap vinegars and have been using them exclusively for many years- I usually stick with what used to be the 18 year one but have tried blueberry, fig, strawberry and others over the years. This is the first one I didn't like. For me the cherry was too tart and too aggressive.

    This balsamic vinegar is absolutely the very best that I've tasted anywhere. Sweet & tangy....just right for salads.

    Cherry Balsamic is Soooo Good!

    I am a balsamic vinegar lover and this did not disappoint...thick consistency with bright cherry flavors. Try it over sliced tomatoes with a little EVOO, salt and pepper, or over aged cheddar cheese. Yum!

    Fantastic

    On my second bottle, love it as a marinade for pork, used it as a glaze with cherries for pork chops. I know this will not be my last bottle, absolutely love it.

    FANTASTIC!

    This is the first "flavored" balsamic vinegar I've tried. WOW...I'm sorry it took me so long to find it. My hubby and I don't use oil of any kind and are now trying different vinegars and herbs for dressing our salads. This is fantastic. Have just ordered and received some Blueberry and can't wait to try that one. You will be getting repeat orders from me.

    WONDERFUL

    This balsamic vinegar is by far the best I have ever tasted. This is amazing as a salad dressing and I look forward to using it as a marinade. It is so full of flavor. Absolutely perfect!

    My FAVORITE! It's delicious on salads! I follow Dr. Esselstyn's Heart Healthy Diet and use no oil of any kind...Your Balsamic Vinegar's are wonderful for flavoring and I'm grateful for your exceptional products and excellent service. I've tried others but none compare.

    Words Cannot Describe...

    Love many of these balsamic vinegars from the Olive Tap but this is my very favorite. Caramelize Onions in this and toss with green beans and turkey bacon. Pork tenderloin, salads --- it's great even with no oil!

The Olive Tap's Bordeaux Cherry Riserva Balsamic Vinegar is ideal in salads that feature full-bodied Cheddar, Feta, Goat and Blue cheeses.  It is delicious over orange wedges, either as a salad accompaniment, or on Sicilian Orange and Onion Salad.
