This is a great oil to use in so many different recipes. I particularly like it in marinades or pasta dishes.
I really love this stuff! I've used it on a variety of meats, veggies, potatoes, etc., and it always improves the flavor with a unique twist.
I also received this originally as a gift and have loved using it for many years now. It works in many different dishes and is an essential in my kitchen.
My favorite flavored olive oil. Makes the simplest dishes delicious.

Again, I had previously purchased my flavor infused olive oils from another vendor so was delighted to find one that had the same exceptional taste at a lower price. I can't imagine cooking Mexican food without it!
I use for salads and cooking/baking fish. I pair with blueberry balsamic vinegar. Such a delight! Thank you Olive tap for providing a great product. Even though I have allergy to sulfites and I cannot even have wine, the sulfites in the Blueberry Balsamic is natural occurring and I have had no trouble. Great packing too.
This oil has such a delicious taste. There are many uses such as in salad dressing, on baked fish and roasted vegetables. I've even used it instead of butter on popcorn. The flavor is very appealing.
I place just a teaspoon or so of Persian Lime in my pan, add 2.5 cups of chopped vegetables: zucchini, onions, mushrooms, and colored peppers, and heat until tender. I add two eggs and 4 egg whites whisked together and finish cooking. Amazing flavor! This serves me three breakfasts. Occasionally I switch it out to Smoky Bacon for a completely different flavor palette. You cannot go wrong with Olive Tap oils!
