I use the Blood Orange Olive Oil in my homemade granola instead of butter and orange zest, substituting butter / oil one for one. Tastes great and healthy! Also use it with regular vinegar as salad dressing, and also sprinkle it over fish prior to baking it in the oven. Over the years, I've given this olive oil as well as the lemon-infused olive oil as gifts to family and friends. They love it!
I’ve been using this oil in breads, cakes and homemade granola instead of butter or vegetable oil. The orange flavor is pleasant, but not overwhelming. And the kitchen smells wonderful during the baking/drying (granola) process.
I fix my own granola and use the Blood Orange Olive Oil instead of butter. The Olive Oil is healthier, and the orange flavor really comes through after baking/drying the granola.
