Our proprietary, limited edition herbal infused olive oil includes Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, and Lavender with subtle hints of Garlic and is perfect for Fall and the Holiday Season, and beyond.  The savory flavor and aroma will expertly season a Turkey or Chicken when rubbed inside, over and under the skin prior to roasting.  It is also excellent on beef tenderloin, steaks and even pork roasts.  Use as a finishing oil for your favorite vegetables or potatoes.

To make incredibly flavored croutons or bread stuffing, toss cubed bread with Holiday Herb Olive Oil and toast lightly in a 425 degree oven till golden.  Holiday Herb Olive Oil is a festive flavor choice with most any of The Olive Tap’s Balsamic Vinegars.  For a refreshing vinaigrette or marinade, blend it with Olive Tap Sicilian Lemon White or Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar.  It also pairs very nicely with our seasonal Cranberry Walnut Riserva Balsamic Vinegar.
