A sweet, thick, velvety-vinegar with the subtle overtones of spices, grapes, and prunes.  Made from two varieties of grapes, Negroamaro and Black Malvasia, Vincotto is used as a condiment with just mere drops drizzled over meats, salads, and even desserts.

We have strived to provide you with as much descriptive detail as possible on each of our vinegars as you are not able to taste and experience the distinct flavors.  For your convenience, we have developed a simple sweetness scale.  The more "circles" filled in to the right, the sweeter.  Less "circles", it's less sweet and closer to tart.
