Persian Lime - Olive Oil Fusion

Sweet Persian Limes and late harvest Tunisian Chemlali olives are crushed together and cold pressed to create a fusion of flavors that is far superior to infused or blended oils. The Lime Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil are "married" at the mill to produce olive oil that exhibits a fragrant citrus character and a sweet but subtle flavor that will make fish, fowl and salads taste unique.

Sweet, fruity, fresh, mild, light and buttery are all adjectives used to describe Arbequina Olive Oil. Arbequina is our most popular variety, due to its sweet, buttery, and light flavor and soft smooth texture.

Arbosana
100% Extra Virgin from Spain

This is a limited edition artisan produced Arbosana oil from Tarragona Spain. It has a nutty and fruity forward flavor with notes of green tomato and almond. Similar in many respects to Arbequina, Olive Tap Arbosana is more robust and has higher polyphenol levels and a touch more pepper in the finish.

Castile

From the largest Olive Oil producing country in the world, Spain, comes our popular Castile EVOO. It is primarily a blend of Arbequina, Picudo and Hojiblanco Olive Oils. This classic combination is appreciated for its unique balance and well rounded flavor.

Italiano

Our Italiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made exclusively from mid-season Southern Italian olives that have been hand-picked and expertly pressed to produce an oil of superior quality and freshness. It is light in texture, with a medium fruitiness and a light yellow coloration. Look for aromas of tomato and caper, with a hint of floral and Almond undertones..

Mia's Blend

From Just like its namesake, this Olive Tap house blend is bold, fresh, sweet and just a little bit sassy. It is a proprietary combination of several of our freshest and finest oils from Italian, Spanish, and American varietals, and possess many of the unique characteristics our gourmet customer's desire.

Natural Buttery

We're not exactly sure how they did it, but our primary supplier in California has found us an all natural, creamy, sweet EVOO that tastes just like butter. Anyone looking to eat healthier and reduce their saturated fat intake is going to love The Olive Tap's Natural Buttery Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Olio della Toscana
100% Extra Virgin from Italy

Our 2010 Tuscany selection is an artisanal Extra Virgin Olive Oil featuring the traditional varietals of the region: Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Pendolino. A blend of handpicked green and ripe olives gives this olive oil an exceptional Tuscan flavor profile, high Polyphenol counts for good health, and durability for long shelf life.

Martina Franca (Certified Organic)

From high above the hills in Martina Franca, in the Taranto region of Puglia comes this delicious Certified Organic (BAC & USDA) Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A blend of Leccino and Ogliarola olives give this exceptionally high-quality oil a gentle, fruity, and smooth character with just a touch of pepper. Oils from this region have historically been very popular in the Italian-American community for their "Taste of Home" flavor profile.

Certified Organic

In order to deliver the freshest product possible, the source country of our USDA Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil will vary throughout the year. We have chosen Spain, Argentina, and California USA as our primary supplying countries. Regardless of the country of origin, these Olive Tap selections will always possess a medium light flavor, and buttery texture.

Picholene Ultra Grade
100% Extra Virgin from Australia

Known as "The Olive of Provence", a French variety, this Ultra Grade Picholene is pale, well balanced and sweet for early harvest oil. Produced in Australia, this EVOO exhibits green tropical fruit aromas, nut and Artichoke notes and a slight peppery finish thanks to a high Polyphenol level.

Picual
100% Extra Virgin from Spain

Lovers of fine Spanish olive oils will appreciate the depth of flavors in this "Award Winning" Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It delivers plenty of ripe olive flavor up front, butter in the middle and finishes with notes of avocado and unripe tomato. High in Polyphenols, this Picual oil will last a long time with good care. Certainly a Picual that any connoisseur would want on hand.

Macadamia Nut Oil

The flavor is sublime in this light textured, sweet, nutty, high temperature oil. Along with EVOO, Macadamia Nut Oil is considered to be one of the healthiest oils you can use. High in Omega 3, Macadamia Oil can contribute to cardiac health, and is associated with lower blood pressure.

Roasted French Walnut Oil

With a mouth watering flavor and an extremely healthy profile, Walnut Oil is a must in the gourmet kitchen. Chock full of Omega 3 and natural antioxidants, this unrefined oil is an excellent source of health fats. The delicate Roasted Walnut flavor is perfect on salads, grilled meats and vegetables, and in most baking situations. Like EVOO, avoid too high a temperature.

Roasted Sesame Seed Oil

This delicious oil from Japan may just be the best tasting sesame oil we have ever come across. The roasting process brings out the delicious taste of sesame that is crucial to oriental cooking and man contemporary fusion dishes. This versatile oil is a mush have in any "foodie" kitchen.


Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Made utilizing the Solara method of progressive wood barrels, it contains an amount of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar sufficient to achieve the desired density, and incredibly balanced and complex flavor characteristics. Rich in fruit and woody flavors, you get a rare yet very affordable Italian product with a taste that will delight the senses.

Aceto Balsamico di Modena, 3 Leaf Quality
(Formerly named Aceto Balsamico Di Modena, 12-year Aged Balsamic Vinegar)

This premium quality, all natural Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, is produced by artisans who are members of the Consorzio Aceto Balsamico di Modena, an agency which monitors the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. It has the classic fruit and barrel aged, sweet-tart characteristics that make it extremely versatile on salads and in a wide variety of dishes. The PGI certification is your guarantee that this is a true Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The 3 Leaf Quality rating was awarded to it by the independent CSQA, an organization that scores Balsamic Vinegar based on 10 different analytical and organoleptic quality levels.

Apple Balsamic Vinegar

Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar

Yet another selection that has our customers saying "WOW". It is very sweet Balsamic Vinegar with a low 4.5% acidity level for a smooth finish. Olive Tap Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar has a very complex taste that will delight the palate when used on all kinds of salads and fruits.

Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar

Blueberry lovers really appreciate this addition to the Olive Tap's extensive line of Balsamic Vinegars of Modena. Our first impression was that this would be a huge hit drizzled over fruit salads, and garden salads topped with fresh fruits. We weren't disappointed. As an added surprise, we found it equally delicious over Blue, Feta and Goat Cheeses.

Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar

A sweet, dark blend of 3 and 4 Leaf Quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is complemented by the enchanting flavor of fresh sweet Pears and Cinnamon spice. Fig Balsamic Vinegar

Whole fruit flavor is added to a blend of 3 and 4 Leaf Quality Aceto di Balsamico to produce our most balanced Balsamic Vinegar. Not too sweet and not too tart, it can be paired with every one of The Olive Tap's Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Honey Balsamic Vinegar

Silcilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

The juice of sweet Sicilian Lemons has been added to Modena's White Balsamic Vinegar to produce this unique vinegar. Sweet and mild like its American counterpart Meyer Lemon, the Sicilian Lemon does not have the harsh overly tart flavor found in many inferior lemon flavored vinegars.

Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar
Imported from Modena, Italy

This is a sweet, dark Balsamic Vinegar, complemented with the flavor of Vanilla. You can pair Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar with any unflavored EVOO to make interesting salad vinaigrette. The lighter oils will allow the maximum flavor to come through, and our tasty Arbequina or Castile will result in a unique flavor combination.

Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
Imported from Modena, Italy

In Italy, this is known as White Balsamic Condiment. Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must (juice), it does not undergo the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The result is crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of hand crafted vinegars from northern Italy. Extremely adaptable, it can be used with any of the Olive Tap Extra Virgin Olive Oils as well as the full complement of flavored oils.
